All of our sports clubs train at least weekly. Download the training timetables for clubs in Cambridge and Chelmsford below.
Clubs train between the following dates:
- Week commencing 19 September 2016 until week commencing 12 December 2016
- Week commencing 23 January 2017 to week commencing 20 March 2017 (except judo, cricket and rowing)
- For those teams competing in The Challenge Cup, training continues until 1 May 2017, excluding the Easter break.

Would you like to try out a sports club this semester? Come along to as many free taster sessions as you like, from 30 January-9 February.
After 9 February, you can sign up for sports club membership at Helmore Gym or Mildmay Sports Centre. Read more about joining a sports club.
