All of our clubs train at least weekly. There's at least one session a week which is open to all members.
Clubs train between the following dates*:
- Week commencing 19 September 2016 until week commencing 12 December 2016
- Week commencing 23 January 2017 to week commencing 20 March 2017 (except judo, cricket and rowing)
- For those teams competing in The Challenge Cup, training will continue until 1 May 2017, excluding the Easter break.
