‘Whatever moves you’ to raise money for charity. Get Active. Raise Money. Change Lives. This year we are running a variety of activities to raise money for Sport Relief.
We have organised a Sport Relief Mile for students and staff to take part in, as a gentle walk, a jog or a run. The mile will take at lunchtime and is for people of all ages and abilities, so come and join in the fun. We'll have donation buckets on the day so if you can spare a few coins, please bring them along.

Hop on the rowing machine for a couple of minutes, donate £2 and help a great cause. You'll be entered into a draw to win a prize, too.

Fancy a fun workout at our glow fitness session? This party vibe exercise class is in the dark with UV lighting and glow in the dark drumsticks. With the lights turned low and the music turned up this is an exercise class you won't forget!
Thursday 22 March, 7.30–9pm, Students' Union Academy, Cambridge.
The class is just £2.50 per person with all proceeds going towards Sport Relief. There are limited spaces so book on today at Helmore Gym.

At Anglia Ruskin University we have created our own league to get you all active. Compete against your colleagues and friends! There are prizes on offer for the top three steppers.
