We’re changing the world – come and help us

Anglia Ruskin University is a vibrant educational hub where students gain the knowledge and skills to build a brighter future, both for themselves and for the communities they touch. And our world-class research delivers immeasurable positive impact across the UK and around the world.

Yet much of this wouldn’t be possible without the generous support of alumni, friends and partners of Anglia Ruskin.

Our supporters help in diverse ways – by sharing their expertise through workshops and lectures, by joining advisory boards and steering groups, and through much-needed financial support.

We invest financial support in three distinct areas.

  • People – widening participation in higher education is one of Anglia Ruskin’s core strategic objectives, one that will be achieved only by breaking down the financial barriers that prevent talented people from entering or completing higher or further education.
  • Research – funding ground-breaking research that delivers a positive impact across diverse sectors and to vulnerable people around the world.
  • Facilities – transforming our campuses into state-of-the-art learning environments that are well-equipped to educate and train the next generation of scientists, engineers, entrepreneurs, artists, technology pioneers and healthcare specialists.

We are, after all, only trustees of the wealth we possess. Without the community and its resources there would be little wealth for anyone
