How to apply for a taught postgraduate course

Applying for a postgraduate taught degree is easy – whether you're new to ARU, or a current undergraduate student who wants to apply for a Masters.

Applying for a course at ARU

You can apply for our taught postgraduate degree courses online. There's an application link on each full-time and part-time course page.

It can take up to four weeks to consider applications, so we recommend you apply at least a month before your preferred start date.

If you're interested in applying for a postgraduate research course, please visit our Research admissions page.

Current Anglia Ruskin students

If you're currently studying an undergraduate degree at Anglia Ruskin, you don't need to apply online. Simply complete our short form.

International students

Qualifications

For most postgraduate courses you’ll need a qualification or experience equivalent to a UK honours degree, usually in a relevant subject area. Courses do vary, however, so please check the relevant course page for detailed requirements. When assessing your application, we’ll consider:

  • whether your qualifications meet our entry requirements
  • your subject-specific abilities
  • your broader personal, professional and educational experience.
