There will be professional photographers, from Tempest Photography, available to capture your special day. The photographers can take an individual shot as well as photographs with your guests.
Studios will be located at the registration areas at The Bull Conference Centre (Guild House graduates), Mildmay gym (Chelmsford graduates) and The Guild Hall (Cambridge graduates). The studios will open 2 ½ hours before your ceremony and will remain open until gowns are returned at the end of the day.
There is no pre-booking involved and no obligation to purchase the photographs that are taken. You will be supplied with an instant proof of your images, from which you can make your selection and place your order. Orders can be placed at the sales desk on the day or at a later date by telephone or online.
Although orders can't be placed before your photograph is taken, you can view the Tempest Graduations website for examples of prices and packages, along with terms and conditions.
Tempest Photography will also have exclusive access during your graduation ceremony to capture the moment you cross the stage and shake the Vice Chancellor's hand.
These images will be on display immediately following the ceremony for viewing and ordering; 8" x 6" prints can be taken away with you there and then, supplied in mounts foil-blocked with the University crest.
Don't worry if you don't have time to view or purchase your ceremony picture on the day. Two weeks after your ceremony, the images will be uploaded to the Tempest Graduations website to view and buy at your leisure.
Taking photographs and video is permitted in the venue, however, we would ask guests to be considerate of others and not block aisles or exits.
We would like to inform you that the Anglia Ruskin University graduation ceremonies will be photographed, videoed and/or otherwise captured in image form. These images and video content may then be used by Anglia Ruskin University for publicity and promotional purposes such as prospectuses, advertising campaigns, websites, exhibition stands, posters, leaflets, national or local press articles etc. It is important to note that if any images are published on the internet, they will be accessible to users from all over the world.
It is possible that representatives from the press, television or radio may attend the graduation ceremonies and capture their own images for publication or broadcast purposes. Due to the scale of these events we are unable to obtain written consent from each individual attending or working at the events. Therefore, we will assume that whilst participating in these events all persons agree to their image(s) being captured for the purposes stated above.
If you do object to your image(s) being used in this way please make yourself known to one of the organisers on the day or email prior to attendance.
