Victoria is an experienced primary school teacher with extensive school leadership experience. She has a special interest in the development of Early Career Teachers as well as supporting students with Dyslexia and other literacy difficulties. Victoria is a Senior Lecturer Practitioner, working part time with ARU delivering the BEd Primary Education with QTS and part time supporting children with reading.

Background

With 18 years’ experience as a primary school teacher, Victoria has taught across all year groups and in a range of schools. As well as classroom teaching, Victoria has mentored many students and Early Career Teachers, helping them to become successful practitioners themselves. She has also worked as an Assistant Head responsible firstly for Key Stage One and Maths followed by Teaching and Learning including whole school training and CPD.

Victoria is passionate about improving outcomes for children with Dyslexia and other literacy difficulties.
