Marina Pastor, currently pursuing her Ph.D. at Anglia Ruskin University (ARU), Cambridge, is a dedicated lecturer with a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from ARU and a background in Modern Languages, Culture, and Communication. Marina has also served as a Human Resources Administrator at ARU and other organisations, supporting various facets of the employee lifecycle. Complementing her academic journey, she has taught modules like Leadership & Change and Organisational Psychology in Social Context, demonstrating her commitment to nurturing student success and fostering personal and professional growth.
