The START course is a one-day multidisciplinary course for all those who deal with critically ill patients requiring transfer - anaesthetists, intensivists, ODPs, critical care nurses and emergency medical personnel.

Who should attend?

Anyone who deals with critically ill patients requiring transfer - anaesthetists, intensivists, ODPs, critical care nurses and emergency medical personnel.

START is fully funded for Anaesthetic CT2s, ACCS3 Anaesthetic and ICM trainees in the East of England School of Anaesthesia. A limited number of places are available. Trainees of different seniority, non training grade doctors, or doctors from out of region are welcome to attend at full registration rate.

Fees & funding

Anaesthetic/ICM trainees: £150

All other Doctors: £150

Nurses/ODPs: £50

Funded places may be available via your trust.

If funded places are not available, register and pay in the Anglia Ruskin online store. Payment by credit card accepted. Confirmation will be sent to you on receipt of your application to attend.
