Our course will suit you if you already hold the advanced level CIPD qualification of professional practitioner standards awards or a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management. You can study with us while continuing to work.
Your qualification will be recognised by CIPD, the UK's most credible specialist human resources training and awarding body.
Our course has a strong focus on the skills and knowledge you need for a successful career in human resource management. It’s essential if you’re preparing for, or aspiring to, managerial roles in HR either in UK or overseas.
We’ll asses your progress through modular assignments that incorporate written reports and essays, oral presentations, case study analysis, exams and a portfolio.

From September 2018, EU students starting a postgraduate degree with us can access a £600 bursary.
Meanwhile, our £400 Books Plus scheme helps with the costs of study. There's no need to apply for this: if you're eligible you can simply collect a Books Plus card when you start your course.
You should hold the advance level CIPD qualification or professional practitioner standards awards or a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management. Ideally, you’ll also have at least one or two years’ experience in an HR post.
All external applicants will go through the Accreditation of Prior Learning (APL) process. Stage 3 entry is only available if your existing credits map to the Anglia Ruskin University Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management and were completed within the last five years. If you’re already studying the Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management at Anglia Ruskin, you can progress directly to our Stage 3 MA.
