Bronwyn's subject area and expertise include human resource management and organisational behaviour, specifically in a global context.
Dr Bronwyn Betts is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Leadership and Management at Lord Ashcroft International Business School. Bronwyn holds a BA (Hons.) in Business and Education, an MSc in Human Resource Management and Education Doctorate from Bristol University. She is currently undertaking funded research which involves internationalization of the business curriculum.
Bronwyn has extensive experience over a number of years of programme and course leadership. She has designed and delivered modules on various undergraduate and postgraduate courses in the areas of Human Resource Management and Organisational Behaviour, more recently, within a global and international context. She works closely with overseas partners both within her role at Anglia Ruskin and as an external examiner for other universities.
