About this event

Join us for an empowering and enlightening event at Anglia Ruskin University (ARU), specially curated for Mental Health Awareness Week 2024. Our aim is to shine a spotlight on the mental health challenges faced by men and provide a supportive platform for dialogue, education, and growth.

Throughout the day, attendees can participate in practical workshops and interactive panel discussions centred around the theme of movement for mental health. These workshops will offer new techniques and strategies to improve mental well-being and address underlying trauma. The event will be held in the MAB Foyer, with various exhibits and activities designed to engage both our university community and the wider local community. Alongside the exhibitions, informational resources will be available to provide guidance and support along the journey towards improved mental health.

This event is just the beginning of our ongoing commitment to supporting men's mental health at ARU and beyond. We invite you to join us in this important conversation and be part of the movement for positive change. Together, we can make a difference.
