How to book seats at the Mumford Theatre, Cambridge, for our programme of plays, music events and children's theatre.
We accept the following credit and debit cards: Visa, Electron, Maestro, Mastercard, UK Maestro and BMS CLIP. We don't make any additional charge for booking by credit or debit card.
The Mumford Theatre's online booking service is available 24/7. There are no booking fees applied to purchases, though a charge of 80p is made if you choose to have your tickets posted to you. Alternatively, you can collect your tickets at the Box Office.

The Mumford Theatre Box Office is open 2pm-5pm, Monday-Friday. If you'd like to buy tickets on the door, the Box Office opens half an hour before the advertised start time of each performance (we recommend that you telephone in advance to check availability).

A charge of 80p is made if you choose to have your tickets posted to you. Alternatively, you can collect your tickets at the Box Office.
You can write to our Box Office to request tickets or confirm a reservation.
If you're booking tickets, please enclose a cheque made payable to Anglia Ruskin Enterprise Ltd. Please be sure to enclose a SAE (or add 80p on to your cheque) if you want us to send you your tickets, otherwise tickets will be held at the Box Office for you to collect.

A reservation is a facility to hold seats in your name pending payment. (It is not possible to make reservations online.)
Reservations will be held for up to four days, allowing time to finalise your arrangements and to make payment in person, by phone or by post. Payment for reservations must be made before the performance date.
Concession prices usually apply to children (up to age 16), full-time students, senior citizens (60+), unwaged and registered disabled, unless shown otherwise. Disabled customers who need to be accompanied for assistance purposes are entitled to an Essential Companion ticket, free of charge, in addition to the concession ticket for themselves.
We are unable to exchange or refund tickets. However, if you're unable to use your tickets and the performance is sold out, we are happy to accept them for resale. We can only make refunds if the tickets are actually resold. A handling fee of £1.00 per ticket will be deducted from your refund.
