Combining academic rigour with many practical applications, we aim to create dynamic and forward-thinking practitioners, who will go on to excel in their field.
You will learn to assess and analyse the roles that leaders and managers play in a range of organisational contexts and apply principles and techniques of leadership and management. You will adopt a multi-perspective framework for developing and evaluating leadership and management processes.
