We invite you to a series of presentations by the speakers:
Dr. Gladys Obuzor, Specialty Registrar in the field of General Practice. As part of a Global Health Exchange Fellowship Programme, she lived and worked close to a rural Maasai community where FGM is widely practiced.
Sarah Collins, BA Social Work, Anglia Ruskin University. Her final major project was on FGM. She now works in the Children Services with Peterborough City Council.
Wendy Ward, 3rd year student on BA Social Work, Anglia Ruskin University. She has done a summary of new reporting guidance on FGM for professionals working with children.
Refreshments will be served at 5pm and the event will start at 5.30pm.
