The healthcare industry plays a crucial role in supporting the economy by maintaining the physical and mental health of the wider workforce. And it's growing: it's anticipated that around two million people will need to be trained and recruited before 2022.
Today’s health and social care organisations are exciting, complex and varied, therefore, successful practitioners require innovation and resilience. Our course will offer you opportunities to use real-life case studies which draw on skills such as prioritisation, negotiation and care planning.
Employers from the health and social care sector have been directly involved in the design and development of this course. Together, we explore the skill sets that employers are most interested in, and constantly ensure they are embedded within the course. Our lecturers also bring significant industry experience to their roles.

All applicants are required to have at least 5 GCSEs at C/4 or above including English and Maths.
Students whose first language is not English and who have not previously studied in the UK are required to have IELTS 6.0 or equivalent.
