Preparing you for a degree at Anglia Ruskin University
There are many routes to starting an undergraduate course at Anglia Ruskin University: foundation degrees are one of them.
Many students start a degree course straight after studying for A levels, BTECs or other qualifications. However, you can also join us on a foundation course before starting your main degree, or take a degree with a foundation year.

Cambridge Ruskin International College (CRIC) offers a number of foundation pathways onto a wide range of Anglia Ruskin degrees. This option may be suitable for you if you don't quite meet the ARU entry requirements, are looking for more flexible start times or enhanced support at the start of your university career.
When choosing to study through CRIC you will be studying at ARU’s Cambridge or Chelmsford campuses. You’ll be able to access all of our facilities and activities and will be an ARU student card holder.
