Our BSc (Hons) Events Management degree will equip you with the tools to help you create, organise, and manage a wide variety of specialist events from the consumer focused, to the business oriented. This course is part of our business portfolio, so you will receive a thorough grounding in all aspects of running a successful organisation from finance, law, organisational behaviour, strategy, and marketing.

An Event Management degree can prepare you for careers in a wide range of industries.

Graduates from this course will be able to work effectively in a variety of event related roles. They will be able to deploy their knowledge and skills to design and implement events, with effective use of marketing tools and techniques to deliver results. They will be equipped to address gaps in knowledge and understanding and to devise credible solutions to organisational problems in a wide range of event contexts.

You will be a strong candidate for event management, tourism officer, event marketing manager, and event planning roles across a variety of industry sectors including business administration, technical, professional, financial services, logistics, hospitality, utilities, agriculture, and construction.
