Made for You days are subject-specific days which give you the opportunity to discover your chosen course in much more detail. They're an essential step in your university journey.

Book your place

At a Made for You day you'll be able to:

  • Learn more about the course you're interested in
  • Take part in taster lectures and interactive workshops, sit in on talks or experience live performances
  • Speak to tutors and academics
  • Explore our campuses and examples of student accommodation
  • Experience our state-of-the-art facilities
  • Speak to current students about their experiences
  • Meet your future classmates and start making friends

Your guests will be able to:

  • Join a Q&A session about university and all aspects of student life
  • Enjoy breakfast and lunch
  • Explore our campus and chat to our teams

There's also the chance to find out more about:

  • Our Students’ Union

If you're joining us:

  • Our Made for You days start at 9.30am with registration and breakfast, and finish at 2.30pm
  • You'll find information about travel and parking in Cambridge and Chelmsford on our website
  • If you're using Park & Ride services on the day, we'll reimburse the cost of your ticket(s)
  • Made for You days are a mix of subject-specific taster sessions, and more general talks
  • You can drop into the general talks at a time that suits you
  • We run special information sessions for parents and guests across the day
  • You'll be able to download a timetable of events beforehand so you can plan your day (we'll send you a reminder when they're available)
  • If you're coming along for an interview on the same day, you'll have received a separate invitation to book a time for this. Check out our top tips for a successful interview
