This module combines academic rigour with practical applications to develop you into a dynamic, forward-thinking practitioner who will excel in your field. You’ll be encouraged to adopt a multi-perspective framework for developing and evaluating leadership and management processes.
This module will benefit any healthcare practitioners with leadership responsibilities, who are equipped to study at postgraduate level.
