Swinhoe Hall is one of our halls of residence, on campus in Cambridge. It’s a great place to live, and you’ll be seconds away from your lectures and all the university facilities.

Swinhoe Hall has 117 single bedrooms, and two twin rooms. All rooms have:
Adapted rooms are available that are suitable for wheelchair users and have a call alarm system. We also have adapted rooms for students with visual or hearing impairments.
You’ll share a kitchen with five to eight students. Each kitchen has a fridge, freezer, microwave and cooker, but they don’t include kettles or toasters. You could buy kitchen items after you arrive and share the cost with your housemates (see What’s in the room and what to bring).
There's also a TV aerial in every kitchen; if you'd like to bring your own TV you'll also need a licence.
Swinhoe Hall is close to your lectures, university facilities, the campus shops and gym, and local restaurants. You’ll find bicycle storage and a launderette here. However, there isn’t any car parking.
Please see our cost comparison chart for more information about Swinhoe Hall including upfront costs, rental prices and contract lengths.
