Mari's experience and expertise lie in the area of forensic genetics.
Mari obtained her MSci and Ph.D. degree from the University of Huddersfield. Her experience and expertise lie in the area of forensic genetics. Her Ph.D. research focused on developing a microRNA body fluid identification test for use in forensic casework. Mari has also performed research at the University of Virginia. Her work focused on developing forensic and clinical protocols for use on lab-on-a-chip technologies. Her current research interests include DNA methylation and RNA stability.
