Our team recognise the importance of coach/athlete education and support. As such we can also provide extensive athlete support that goes beyond laboratory based assessments.
Via our hands-on workshops and support courses we can offer you access to world class professionals in the fields of sport and exercise physiology, nutrition, psychology and biomechanics.
These workshops can be tailored to your needs, equipping you and your colleagues with a professional level of education and guidance.

Putting the science behind your fitness to help you reach your personal best
Come and find out more about how training tips from our consultancy experts can benefit you in your own health, exercise and training endeavours. Our TRAIN SMART seminars run quarterly, each with a different theme, discussing various ideas around how to improve your exercise and training, including nutrition, motivational and technology-based tips. Each seminar will comprise several short talks from both Anglia Ruskin University and Advance Performance speakers, followed by an open Q&A discussion.
