Dr Davide Mosca, Director, Migration Health Department of the International Organization of Migration will deliver a public lecture titled "Advancing the unfinished agenda of migrant health for the benefit of all".
As a global expert and policy driver on migration health, Dr Mosca will explore important themes such as:
a) The agenda on migration health and development, IOM's role and work of the Migration Health Division
b) IOM’s approach to migration health and innovative tools developed for responding to global health security threats
c) Key insights into the health vulnerabilities of the current migrant crisis in Europe
d) Special case studies on Migration and TB and migration and Malaria.
The talk will be followed by a Q&A session and a panel discussion with a group of global experts on migration health.
This is a free event and all are welcome to attend, we do however ask that you register your attendance online by 10 May, so that we can manage numbers accordingly.
