Jointly hosted by Norfolk Constabulary and PIER, this conference will bring together leading figures from government, police, third sector, academia and industry to discuss new approaches to the investigation and prevention of Indecent Imagery of Children (IIOC) offending.

“Every month law enforcement agencies across the UK are arresting unprecedented numbers of offenders for viewing indecent images of children. This places unsustainable pressures on all those involved in the criminal justice system. The time has come to start a meaningful conversation about how the threat of IIOC can be addressed by alternative means. #IIOC17 is the catalyst to start the debate.”
Chief Constable Simon Bailey, NPCC lead for Violence and Public Protection
