Professor Sandra Selmanovic

Sandra's areas of expertise are innovation studies, institutional theory and international business. Her current research interests are in the areas of innovation policy, institutional change and digital transformation.

Background

Sandra holds a full professorship in International Business at Munich University of Applied Sciences in Germany. Since 2010 she has taught a wide range of modules in the areas of international business and economics at ARU and internationally whilst performing various managerial roles, such as Course Leader, Deputy Head of Department of Economics and International Business and Head of School of Management in the Faculty of Business and Law.

Sandra has gained work and research experience in the areas of international business, innovation policy/management and digital transformation in various international organisations throughout Europe. She has led several consultancy projects for the British government in the area of innovation policy for small and medium sized enterprises and has substantial experience in managing international collaborative agreements with partner universities, private and public sectors.
