With over ten years of industrial career background involving managing industrial projects and meeting milestones to achieve positive results Mehrad joined Anglia Ruskin in 2012.
He began his career as a structural engineer in Iran and moved to become the FEA Engineer and Project Coordinator for Cellbound in 2005. He became a structural analyst for Force India Formula 1 team in 2011.
He is a specialist in metal/carbon composite mechanics, applied Finite Element techniques in crashworthiness, pedestrian and passenger safety, nuclear energy dissipation systems and roadside safety equipment.
