Graham is an expert in civil litigation and other areas of the law, particularly in relation to professional skills and the application of the law.

Background

Graham qualified as a solicitor in 1979 and went on to become Senior Partner of a national law practice based in London. He has extensive experience at senior level in areas relating to governance, regulation and professional practice. He has sat as a Solicitor Assessor (Civil) in the High Court of Justice on Costs Appeals and was appointed as a Board Member of the Courts Board (CENS), a public appointment and statutory office under the Courts Act 2003.

He is an independent tribunal/panel member of several statutory, royal charter and self-regulated regulatory bodies selected to sit on their Conduct, Disciplinary, Adjudication and Appeal tribunals. He retains on going links with legal practice.
