Our aim is straightforward. It is to develop reflective knowledge that bridges the gap between professional practitioners and academia. We undertake a wide range of projects in both the UK and Europe. We believe that enterprise, innovation and internationalisation are key to the future prosperity, sustainability and wellbeing of the UK and the wider global economy. We therefore see research in these areas as a matter of paramount importance. Under the direction of Professor Chris Ivory, the IIMP now boasts an academic team of internationally respected scholars, postdoctoral research fellows, PhD researchers and practice experts. The interdisciplinary and international make-up of the team reflects our determination to maximise the impact of our research locally, nationally and globally.
The IIMP is central to the Lord Ashcroft International Business School's mission to conduct research that is as valuable to practitioners and policy makers as it is to our academic colleagues. To this end, we foster strong working relationships with a growing number of eminent individuals and professional bodies. If you would like to know more, please do not hesitate to contact us. The IIMP is assisted by generous financial and personal support from Lord Ashcroft KCMG PC.
