Dr Teng Teng is a Senior Lecturer in Supply Chain Management within the Faculty of Business & Law. Previously, she has been a teaching assistant and module activities designer covering MA/MSc and Global MBA courses at Durham University Business School.

Background

Teng’s main research interests lie within the fields of operations management, supply chain integration, operational performance, the business value of information systems, service supply chain, service quality, and the recourse-based theory. Her current research projects include the impact of IS capabilities on operational performance, empirical investigation of supplier and customer integration in service sectors, and service operational performance.
