Magdalena is a Lecturer in Accounting and Finance and Module Leader for Performance Management, Financial Sustainability and The Professional Accountant.
Magdalena was appointed as Lecturer in Accounting and Finance at ARU in August 2016. She received an undergraduate degree and a Masters degree in Accounting and Management Information Systems from Bucharest Academy of Economic Studies. Prior to joining ARU, Magdalena has worked as the Financial Manager for the Projects Department at the National Council for Small and Medium Sized Enterprises in Romania for five years, fostering entrepreneurship and supporting small business owners/managers. Magdalena is currently in the final stages of her PhD, focusing on the relationship between performance measurement systems and organisational performance in SMEs.
