Our free coach transfer will take you directly to our campuses (Cambridge and Chelmsford) from Heathrow Airport Terminal 3.
The first coach will leave Heathrow at 10.30am and the second coach at 3.30pm on Wednesday 24th January 2018. Please note that times may change closer to date.

Coaches will depart from Heathrow Terminal 3 only on Wednesday 13 September 2017 at the following times:
10.30am and 3.30pm to our Cambridge and Chelmsford campuses.
If you arrive at a different terminal you will need to leave yourself enough time to get through immigration, customs and travel to terminal 3, depending on the time of day this can take 1-2 hours. EU nationals can experience delays passing through immigration due to the volume of flights at peak times.
The pick-up point is the Terminal 3 'Meeting Point' located on the ground floor in the Arrivals building. An Anglia Ruskin ambassador will be there from 9am until 6pm to help you get the coach and signpost to public transport if you need it.
If you arrive at a different terminal please give yourself at least 20-30 minutes after you have left customs to get to the Meeting Point in Terminal 3.

If you miss the coach, arrive on a different day or want to make your own way to us you will need to make your own travel arrangements to our University. All travel options are listed in the Pre-Departure Guide above.
You will find comprehensive travel information to both campuses in our pre-departure guide. It's a good idea to print a copy of the guide and carry it in your hand luggage.
We recommend that you arrive at our campus during University opening hours 9am-5pm from Monday to Friday. If you know that you will be arriving after 5pm or over a weekend then email firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know.
