Andy was a secondary school teacher for three years, Specialist Social Worker with disabled children and young people for 19 years including six years managing respite foster care service. He was National Chair of Shared Care Network (professional association) for two years. Social Work Practice Educator.

Sure Start Coordinator/Children’s Centre Network Manager for 11 years and member of DfE Children’s Centre Leaders National Reference Group for three years.

  • Facilitate practice workshops for independent and statutory Practice Educators.
