21 April 2018, 18:30 - 21:00
The Global Sustainability Institute is pleased to be co-hosting this event with Transition Chelmsford to celebrate Earth Day 2018 and welcome to ARU the first event of the groups collaborative Films For the Future series.
A Plastic Ocean is an adventure documentary, exploring the extent of plastic pollution in our oceans, including the impacts of microplastics on marine exosystems and human health, starting with the so-called Great Pacific Garbage Patch
The film series will be opening spaces free for the general public to screen media productions that help to shed light on the challenges of our time. We will be providing light snacks, tea and coffee and there will be areas afterwards to connect, network and discuss how we can restore our world to a healthy planet.
6.30pm entry for 7pm start.
