Duncan founded The Cambridge Organic Food Company (COFCO) in 1998, supplying fruit and vegetables from organic farms that are local to Cambridge through a vegetable box scheme and wholesale to local independent businesses.
Cambridge Sustainable Food (CSF) is a network of organisations, businesses and individuals in Cambridge who are working towards improving the sustainability of the local food system. Cambridge Sustainable Food Hub launched in 2016 and is dedicated to exploring what food systems might look like in a future of climate change and resource depletion, as well as to significantly advance the amount of locally and sustainably produced food consumed in Cambridge.
