Join the Mid Essex Health in Mind team for tips and advice on how to manage your stress levels.

You can also attend our stress management workshops from 10-11am or 2-3pm, focusing on strategies for managing stress, tips on having a balanced lifestyle and a good sleep routine. Also learn how to manage your worries and how to challenge negative thoughts.
