We are writing to invite you to an Essex Future Summit, led by the Essex Partnership Board in conjunction with Anglia Ruskin and Chelmsford Science and Engineering Society, which will kick off a series of discussions around the future of Essex and develop a vision for Essex in 2035.

The Essex Future Summit is an interactive and thought-provoking event, bringing together a wide range of partners, academics, experts, and businesses to discuss the future of Essex and contribute to the development of a 15-20 year vision for Essex.

We all know we are getting older – this presents exciting opportunities, but also challenges. This summit will use technology to explore, provoke and inspire different ways to think about what Essex’s ageing population means for work, care, and society, and what we might do about it.

Come along and take part in generating themes and ideas to shape the vision. This will help focus partnership working across Essex in the coming years and give a sense of identity for the people of Essex.

Mulled wine and mince pies will be served during breakout sessions.

Please register your interest as soon as possible by emailing publicservicereformunit@essex.gov.uk confirming any dietary requirements that you may have.

We hope that you can make this exciting event and help shape the future of Essex.
