Writtle University College and ARU have merged. Writtle’s full range of college, degree, postgraduate and short courses will still be delivered on the Writtle campus. See our guide to finding Writtle information on this site.

Together in Sound

CIMTR are pleased to work in partnership with Saffron Hall, a local concert hall in Essex, to provide opportunities for people living with dementia and their carers by attending a ten-week music therapy group led by Claire Molyneux, Lecturer in Music Therapy at Anglia Ruskin University.

The sessions are co-facilitated with postgraduate students studying music therapy at the University.

Backed by world-class research at CIMTR, the group focuses on joint music-making practice and listening with a goal of supporting communication, relationship building and ultimately improving quality of life.

How to apply

If you or someone you know is interested in attending the group, please visit the Saffron Hall website.
