I hope everyone is busy during this time of the year travelling. My week so far has been pretty busy with my two start-ups. Yeah, you heard it right…I am a crazy person to take double risks. So these days we are doing some website changes to d’ brew website. Remember you can still go online and submit your email address for your launch discount…And do not forget to share this with your friends. And if you really really love tea please visit our Facebook page and twitter page for more updates.
So as for my second start-up Jade Boutiques I am currently planning to launch a new line of jewellery. These days I am doing bit of sketching to find the perfect design. So if you start following our Facebook page you will be able to get glimpse of the new design.
That is the update on my start-ups; here come the more interesting topics for those of you who are looking for some work experience and pocket money. The University Employment Bureau is here for all Anglia Ruskin students, and I know from my own experience that when we are on our final year we all worry about having work experience. So why not start from our first year to look for jobs both related to work experience and getting some cash. As for me I did not know about this awesome service in my first year and even though I knew about it in my second year, I did not use it. But now I have started to use this service. This is university Employment bureau this service helps students to find jobs within and outside of the university. So when you are in the university next time pop in and register yourself with a recently updated CV to get employment (and especially money).
So getting back to where we started, at this very minute we have finalised our box supplier. Finding the right supplier for our amazing brew box was rather difficult. There were some problems related to communication, time zone etc. And one more problem we faced was that when we talked about the materials we wanted we actually had to post them some sample material. And some companies actually wanted us to pay for the samples. But we managed to negotiate with some of the suppliers to either pay half or nothing for the samples dependent on the design and material. However, as for some of our suppliers we had to pay all the money for the samples.
