Hi. I’m Emma Coonan, a former academic librarian now turned research fellow. I work in Cambridge at the Centre for Innovation in Higher Education, carrying out applied collaborative pedagogic research – which means I get to meet and work with some amazing and inspiring members of ARU’s teaching staff.
I’m endlessly fascinated by learning and human curiosity. In particular I’m interested in how people encounter and use information, not just in studying but in everyday life
In my spare time I’m the editor of an academic journal (Journal of Information Literacy) and enjoy walking, running, sewing, and feeding the wild hedgehogs in my garden.
Emma's first blog will follow soon.
