Please note that this page is no longer being updated. For current and up-to-date information on interviews, please visit our auditions and interviews page.

How will the interview process work?

You will be asked to book a 30-minute slot for your interview through our applicant portal. You will also have the opportunity to tour our performing arts and music facilities and talk with our student ambassadors.

On the day, your family and friends are welcome to accompany you. While you complete your interview, we'll provide them with somewhere to wait with free tea and coffee.

We also offer:

  • a university campus tour leaving reception at 1, 2, 3, and 4pm
  • an accommodation talk at 2pm in LAB 005 (Cambridge only)
  • a parents' talk ('What you need to know about university') at 3pm in LAB 005 (Cambridge only)

We recommend you also attend a University Open Day to find out more.

Depending on your course, you may also be expected to perform an audition at your interview. For more information, visit our auditions page.
