Cambridge University Press bursary winners announced
Set up in 2011, the Cambridge University Press Bursary is presented to the student judged to have created the best blog or series of blog posts relating to the publishing industry.
This year, the £1000 prize was awarded to Angharad Elizabeth Thomas for her series of blog posts on YA cover design. Lucinda Victoria Steven was awarded the £200 runner-up prize, while Charlotte Brisley received a commendation.
The competition was judged by Alastair Horne, Social Media and Communities Manager at CUP, who described the winning blog as "excellently insightful, perceptive, and well-written… demonstrating detailed knowledge of a particular niche."
Congratulations go to Angharad, Lucinda and Charlotte.
