Caroline Bald of Faculty of Health, Social Care and Education will explore the current discourse and debates around resilience. Is burnout inevitable? Where is the balance between professional self-care and organisational responsibility? More specifically, she’ll consider the role as Educator to embed resilience as a key skills approach – growing resilient, emotionally able, lifelong learners. Finally, Caroline will review current research around integrating resilience into education with practical takeaway tools to use in class.
