He leads on institution-wide initiatives, including Team-Based Learning and Digital Literacy. He works in a consulting role in distance learning and online teaching. Uwe works with the Anglia Learning & Teaching team on technology-enhanced learning and teaching, media, directed independent learning, pedagogic research, Learning Management System and eAssessment. He contributes to the development and delivery of PGCert/PGDip/MA Learning and Teaching in Higher Education.
Previously Uwe started his career teaching German language and culture at a number of institutions, including secondary, adult and higher education.
