Published: 30 April 2018 at 09:00

Welcome to the April 2018 Update of what's happening in learning, teaching and assessment.

Join Dr Paul McDermott of University of East Anglia at June’s Talking about teaching seminar “A methodology that makes self-assessment an implicit part of the answering process” on Thursday 28 June. Paul will introduce a format for multiple choice questions (MCQ), implicit in which are measures of student confidence. The event will start at 12pm with lunch and Paul will give his seminar at 12.30pm.

If you have any contributions for the April update, please drop us a line at alt@anglia.ac.uk by Friday 11 May.
