Learning

For over two decades, 3rd Sector Futures has been designing and delivering learning programmes for managers in charities, voluntary organisations and social enterprises, including those working in local authority or health service spin-outs.

Most notably we delivered a Certificate in Higher Education: Charity & Social Enterprise Management (2010-2020) which provided an accredited route for third sector managers to acquire management skills and consisted of six modules:

  • Third Sector Leadership & Management
  • Marketing
  • HR Management
  • Finance
  • Social Enterprise
  • Social Impact Assessment

All of these modules were designed and delivered by sector experts to contribute to organisational impact as well as personal development, and the learning materials have since been adapted successfully for short course delivery both online and face-to-face.
