Our Welcome Week starts on Monday 19 September 2016 and you’ll be expected to attend all the events which are part of your Course Induction Programme.
There’ll also be lots going on during Welcome Week which you’re strongly encourage to attend. It’s this week that helps you settle into university life, make friends and prepare for your classes so please make every effort not to miss these. If you’re not able to make your course induction you must tell us by emailing email@example.com with your name and course and explain why you’ll be late and when you will be arriving. These details will then be passed on to your Faculty so they know when to expect you.
Teaching for most courses starts on Monday 26 September. It’s very important you do not to miss lectures or classes as you may struggle to make up this learning. If you arrive very late, you may not be able to start your course this year – all students must have arrived by Friday 7 October 2016.
For any student arriving late please download this leaflet which will tell you what to do and where to go when you arrive.
Your deadline for enrolment and arrival in the UK is stated on your CAS (Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies). If you are likely to be delayed and believe that you will miss your deadline you must contact firstname.lastname@example.org for advice before you travel to avoid difficulties entering the UK.
If you're not sure about anything, what you need to do or where you need to be, just contact our iCentre. The team will be happy to help you.
