The Forum is a block of flats about a mile from our Cambridge campus. It’s available exclusively to Anglia Ruskin students.

Furniture - all rooms have a single bed, desk, chair and wardrobe.
In most rooms you’ll share a shower room and toilet with your flatmates. Some rooms have their own shower and toilet.
Internet access is included in your rent.
You’ll share a kitchen/living area with between one to five others. It’s a large space with a comfortable lounge area.

The Forum has a range of flats for two to five people, and can house 111 people overall. It’s close to the Mill Road area, about a mile from campus. Mill Road is known for its restaurants, pubs and independent shops.
You’ll find bicycle storage and a launderette here. However, there isn’t any car parking.

Occupancy agreements run through the academic year from 5 September or 12 September 2016 for 11 calendar months (47 weeks and 4 nights).
Rent for 2016/17 is from £98.07 to £135.00 per week. The total cost of your occupancy agreement will be from £4652.88 to £6404.55 Rent includes utility bills to a generous threshold.
You’ll need to pay a refundable deposit of £500 and a non-refundable application fee of £120.
Your occupancy agreement will be with The Whitfield Group.
