Peter Taylor House has 254 single rooms. Each features:

  • a single bed, desk, chair and wardrobe
  • en-suite shower and toilet
  • internet – wired, included in the rent
  • TV –there’s an aerial point in each bedroom. You’ll need to bring your own TV and buy a licence.

Adapted rooms are available that are suitable for wheelchair users and have a call alarm system. We also have adapted rooms for students with visual or hearing impairments.

You’ll share a kitchen with three to ten students. Each kitchen has a fridge, freezer, microwave and cooker, but they don’t include kettles or toasters. You could buy kitchen items after you arrive and share the cost with your housemates (see What’s in the room and what to bring).
