Out of office hours the Residential Assistants are the first point of contact between students living in halls and the Residential Service. Their role requires them to provide information and support to both new and current students. As part of the role they also deal with fire alarms, students who have been locked out and other general enquiries that may arise whilst they are on duty.
As a Residential Assistant you will be a role model for other students living in accommodation and it would be expected that you would lead by example, ensuring that the tenancy agreement and health and safety requirements of the Residential Service are met.
It’s a paid position that’s available to any full-time, current student at Anglia Ruskin. Full training is provided. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in a customer focussed environment and will enhance your CV.
