What's the difference between a webchat and a webinar?

A webchat is a chat-box system where you can speak to us informally in real time. During the webchat session you'll be typing your questions and someone in our offices will be replying directly to you.

A webinar is a presentation that's transmitted over the web using video and audio software. During webinar sessions, we'll be talking over a live-stream presentation on a particular subject. At the end of the presentation, if time allows, you'll be able to ask questions about the subject.

Webinars

It seems there are currently no planned webinar sessions. However, we're still here to help. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us directly and we'll be happy to be of assistance.
